Heartsong Healing Asia follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Heartsong Healing Asia does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Margaret Thevarakom offers Life Transformation Services, using Intuition, Coaching, Energy Healing and Divine Guidance. Intuitive Healing is offered in a voluntary, discretionary, and collaborative process intended to help integrate the body, mind, and soul, enhance clarity and expression of spirituality. Margaret provides work in support of a client’s holistic well-being and spiritual development.
Nothing stated within a session should be taken as a reason or excuse to avoid appropriate medical or psychological treatment. This work is a supplement or addition to whatever treatment you are currently receiving or may seek in the future.
By the word “healing”, Margaret is not treating, curing, or diagnosing conditions. By accepting services, you understand that Margaret is neither a licensed counselor nor a licensed health practitioner/provider/physician. You also accept that you have not come to her for medical advice, diagnosis and/or treatment, and have sought this spiritual service combined with spiritual counseling of your own free will.

- BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Bookings: For services requested via the Heartsong Healing Asia website, available appointment dates and times will be sent by email or Whatsapp. Once an appointment has been agreed and confirmed, a payment of 50% of the full fee must be received, a minimum of 2 days prior to the appointment date.
For bookings made confirmed directly with Margaret, a payment of 50% of the full fee must be received, immediately following the booking.
The remainder of the fees may be paid at the end of the session via PayNow and PayLah (for those with Singapore bank accounts) and by PayPal or Venmo for overseas clients.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled face-to-face session, you may opt for an online session. Please inform Margaret at least 2 hours before the time of the appointment.
Late arrival: Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes and cancelled thereafter, unless you inform her of your late arrival at least 1 hour in advance. Your session may be shortened as a result.
Rescheduling or Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment. You may choose to reschedule your session or seek a refund if you choose to cancel the appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be charged a 20% administrative fee (of the full cost of the session) and the remainder will be refunded to you within 3 days.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be entitled to a refund, except when there are mitigating circumstances, assessed at Margaret’s sole discretion.
GROUP SESSIONS OR CLASSES
Booking: Please book directly with the website. You will receive a confirmation by email and payment instructions. Full payment must be received, a minimum of 3 days prior to the sessions. Payment may be made via PayNow and PayLah (for those with Singapore bank accounts) and by PayPal or Venmo for overseas clients.
Late arrival: We respect the commitment of the rest of the group and will extend admittance to participants for only 5 minutes after the start of the session.
Refunds for cancelled sessions is capped at 50% of the full value of the session, if cancelled at least 5 days before the session.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the session will not be entitled to a refund, except when there are mitigating circumstances, assessed at Margaret’s sole discretion.
